We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in the production of high-quality automotive parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop the production team for continuous improvement and optimal performance.
- Plan and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource use.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all processes.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to maintain and enhance product quality.
- Analyze production metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a production management role within automotive or manufacturing.
- Experience with manufacturing tools, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
- Proficiency in production planning, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
